- PVPaige VerserJun 15, 20265.0I process EDDM orders as part of my job and Krum is always my favorite Post Office to work with! Every visit is friendly, I’m quickly helped, and the folks here go above and beyond. I’ve processed I think 6 orders over the last 2 years here (or somewhere in that ballpark) and I’ve never had even a slight issue here. I’ll look forward to my next visit, thanks for helping me out!
- TAToni Andrews-BurrisJul 2, 20231.0*UPDATE: The package never got there..or so I've been told...but I can't prove delivery because the tracking number was marked as delivered to KRUM! UGH! Im so annoyed! So I'll be issuing a refund and never using this post office location again. Mailed two packages going to separate locations, one to Massachusetts one tp Tennessee. They put the same address in for both packages. I got two different tracking numbers, but didn't know which tracking number was for which package. I called...they said they fixed it, but one of the tracking numbers indicated that it was Delivered the same day...to KRUM. My customer checked her tracking number I provided, she thought it was delivered and because she didn't have it she thought the package was lost and wanted a refund. Let's hope it gets there. Think I'll just pay a little extra and drive into Denton and go to Pack and Mail from now on
