- VCVince CorbettMay 29, 20265.0So I wanted to come here to leave another review because the last review I did was about how my mail never comes. After a few months of not receiving my driver's license because the DMV said it had been returned I contacted Gary the postmaster and he worked diligently to help us figure out why our mail wasnt being delivered. He kept a log of everything that was supposed to be delivered. I do have to say that from what we could tell he was trying the best he could. He would even reach out to us on a weekly basis to inform us of what he saw coming. He even put the log sheet in our mailbox so we could see what they have been logging. It was all correct. I truly beleive this was something that was out of his control. I have noticed that when we put 75956 in the address location for certain sites that it brings up the names of different towns. 🤔 This might be part of the problem. Anyway, I wanted to thank Gary by leaving this review for working so diligently to fix this issue.
- DPdomenica parisiMay 6, 20261.0Be very cautious of your incoming mail (even if you have a box here) especially if they have a vendetta against you for filing a complaint for them failing to do their delegated duties! The post master Mr. Gary will even tell you to get out of his building even though it belongs to the tax payers and is a tax funded public government building! Make no mistake I shall file another complaint with your superiors today as you like to play with people's mail. This is the second time the drivers license has gone missing! DPS has no reason to lie. Do the job you were elected and hired to do! Shame on you sir!
