- NBNichole BatchelorJun 22, 20261.0Was treated horribly by Postman Edwin. I had never mailed a certified letter before and he mocked me for not knowing how to put the green sticker on the envelope. I told him to please not be irritated at me, bc It was my first time. He made me get to the back of the line to ask someone else for help. Three people in the line behind me audibly gasped. Luckily, Postman Piper was working the register next to him and immediately helped me. He asked that his satisfaction survey (that you see after you check out) not reflect Edwin's behavior and apologized on his behalf
