- EPEricka Pierce4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. I frequent this post office daily, I ship thousands of packages as I run a business and this is my local post office. Thank GOD For the self service kiosk so I don’t have to interact with Edwin! He is by far the most condescending, arrogant man I have ever met! Edwin thinks that his little snide comments are so witty, and I truly believe that he thinks he is superior to everyone he interacts with. I have been running my business for five years now, Using this post office and I am still confused on how this man has a job. when the self service kiosk is down, I just turned around and walk out the door instead of going to the front to drop off my packages because I just refuse to interact with that man.

I had to wait an hour past my passport appointment time in order to be seen because the worker took a lunch break even though there were appointments scheduled during the break she took. I waited along with 5 other people for this worker to get back from her poorly timed lunch break. The other staff were apologetic, but this was an AWFUL experience.
