I had ordered some live reptile food & I when went to check to see if my order was out for delivery it said the package was handed directly to resident of the property which was a lie cause i was home an it was not handed to me the carrier placed it in my mailbox in the heat when it clearly states on the label live insects keep out of heat /cold. It easily could of been left on my porch in the shade. The mail carrier is lazy & irresponsible with packages of any sort cause this isn't the first time this has happened.. if you don't wanna do y'all's job right then find another one or do better & stop lying about how you hand delivered it to the resident when there was clearly no contact made or attempt to.

Our packages are consistently placed in other residents mailboxes and showing delivered or key to locker left in residents mailbox when no key has been left or the key is in another residents mailbox. We have told the postmaster several times and he himself has looked in other residents mailboxes and found our packages and yet the same delivery person still continues to deliver the mail incorrectly. HORRIBLE customer service

I had a package that had to be delivered the day I went and 5 minutes before 4:00 they lock the doors and wouldn't let me in. IT WASNT EVEN 4:00!!! This is the second time this has happened. This is UNACCEPTABLE for people that need up to closing to get their mail out. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
