- JSJonathan ShaperoAug 18, 20261.0My original message and feedback was left under the Luling Texas post office because this post office does a lot of their deliveries. The person at this post office in Kingsbury was completely unhelpful, zero empathy and really seemed they were bothered by my complaint. A package was supposed to be delivered to my house and the delivery person refused to bring it to my house which is 1/8 of a mile away from the mailbox. USPS has always delivered oversized packages directly to the house. There is a new delivery person that delivers on my street for the last several months and it's very clear that they are uninterested in doing the job correctly and consistently. There are days that they don't even come by the street if they don't have any mail to deliver, thereby skipping any outgoing mail that I have in the mailbox. As I stated in the other review for Luling, if this were a private sector job, these people would be out of a job a long time ago. These people should not keep their jobs at the taxpayer expense. Time for change!
