- MCMalinda C2 days ago1.0Super upset, dropped off a small bubbler package on September 21, handed it to the lady asked her question she answered nicely, and then i left thinking all was good. She took the package didnt scan it just put it to the side. Thats all I know, now its September 26 and there still has been no scan!! The package hasnt been put in the system!! This is a first class package!! And I cannot get through on the phone. The fact now I have to go in person and find out whats going on after waiting forever in line (as always) is ridiculous!! I did my job by dropping this package off I expect you to do your job!! Its bad enough yall cannot deliver right, now this, believe the reviews, its horrible!! Someone needs to fix this place!!

Needles to say, I've never had a post office attendant argue with me about envelopes. i hope it was all just a misunderstanding but i hope no one ever gets treated and spoken down to like that. (for more context i work for a trading card store and we ship orders out daily. Never had an issue sending those packages through any other post office.)
