- NDNicole DavisJul 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Instead of providing customer service, she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Everyone has difficult days, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so others don’t have the same experience I did.

Last weekend I waited for My package and watch him close up the partial locker with no package so I approached him before he could drive off and he said there’s no package for my address which was bull I showed him and magically he got it from the back. Boom today one package was scanned and the other wasn’t so I tracked him down and he’s like I put it in the locker.. no you only put one where’s my package. Needless to say I am fed up with this guy. It’s not hard to know what the contents are and I peeped he’s into sneakers too.. I was a city carrier so I’m already knowing what type of time he’s on.
