  First, I’m old school & still send letters in the mail. Tell me why I’ve put properly addressed & stamped letters in the very front of my mailbox, address & stamp facing up, for the mailman to pick up, but they aren’t picked up. More than once it’s taken over a week of the letter being in the mailbox for the mailman to FINALLY take it. Second, I Informed Delivery so I get an email with a photo &/or info about what I should expect in the mail over the next day or so. That said, I’m getting a little annoyed that the mail might be delivered to my mailbox when reported but it also might not appear at all. I’m at the point of wondering what the point of even having a mailbox even is if my outgoing mail isn’t picked up & my incoming mail isn’t delivered in a timely fashion. Three stars because I’m still new to the area & I (likely foolishly) still have hope for improvement.

  Workers there go above and beyond to help their clients. Brings warmth to my heart because I felt safe that my money orders were going to make it safely to my son. Thank you 👍🙏

  First time going I ask to have mail box lock change it was sticking guy ask for address said be in a few days nothing happened realize it was bullshit Second time was told could take a few weeks to a month well okay they gave me keys thought it was legit this time but was strange never ask for identification or anything just address come to realize they never intended to do anything luckily for me my box got unstuck or I still be waiting 6 months later still have random set of new mailbox keys or is it to someone else’s box

  I learned something here today. I learned that for a Postal Money Order they accept debit cards only (Not credit cards or anything else) outside of cash for payment of money orders. I did not know this (since I'm not in the habit of needing money orders, It felt too much like reinventing the wheel) even though in rare circumstances such as in my case, they are still required. In addition to the postal staff workers at this location I'd like to give Honorable Mention to "TAE" who was helpful, efficient, friendly, and professional in handling my requests. Thank you TAE, and other staff members for your kind and speedy service!
