- MTMelanie TrujilloSep 8, 20261.0The passport lady even though we arrived with 30 minutes still available, she acted as though we were inconveniencing her, even saying we should have come earlier, despite us being well within the service window. It seemed she was uninterested in actually helping and made no effort to process passport services, despite having the time. I’d suggest management review her conduct. Government employees should maintain a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome for requesting the services the office advertises.
