Because of the delay, I lost money on scheduled movers and had to pay significantly more for FedEx overnight delivery to get the keys there on time. I contacted UPS several times for assistance, and more than a week later, I’m still waiting for a response to my claim. The manager assisting me has been extremely helpful and professional, and I truly appreciate her efforts. However, my overall UPS experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the financial loss caused by a service I paid extra to receive on time.
