- ARAdrian ReichelderferMay 19, 20265.0They have plenty of parking and some handicap parking spots in front of the building. They have drop off mail boxes also on the side, if you just need to do mail drop off, instead of going inside and drop off. Inside, they have post office mail boxes, labels and forms for whatever you may need for shipping, military service registration forms, to shipping boxes and envelopes of different sizes to cards and bubble wrap maybe and box tape. The employees are very friendly and helpful and decent mailing prices. They also do passport work too.

- AMAlexa MuñozFeb 23, 20241.0We went there to get a passport and they were extremely rude because we were late due to them making us fill put forms. We had an appointment at 9:30 but had been there since 9:20 nobody came and told us we needed to come in to the appointment room until 9:35 when a lady came out and said we were late and we would have to reschedule while being very rude, but then about 10 minutes later a man came and she told him, " your late come in", and laughed with him. They were horrible I recommend you got to the one in Longview they are much nicer and are more inclined to help.
