Natalie helped me get through the odyssey of paperwork trying to get a passport, with great humor. Also, thanks to Daniel who especially made my morning by completing how great I’d look in my new passport photo.

Having lived in multiple areas in and outside of Texas, these folks provide the best customer service and have great attitudes. I would have given 5 stars except Daniel never got back to us.

- ABAnne BraselJul 31, 20261.0This one star is not actually a rating it should be zero Postmaster Ed Jarmillo is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered we have a missing package of $800 in value and he didn’t even return my call I called and called and called when I blocked my # they finally answered he never asked for the tracking # just said that if my package shows delivered then it was delivered but the recipient never got package and we feel it was delivered to another residence and those people are saying they never got it so where is it??? The post office where I sent it from was much more informed but this office won’t do what the other post office says they can do. I’m sure whoever ended up with the package is happy because what was in it was very valuable. The kicker of it is I can’t complain about the post master either they state they are their own entity and he is the one you would complain to. Again ED JARAMILLO - you’re not worthy of your position.
