When I’ve had a printing need they have always come through no matter how difficult. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their services. They make my life easy.

Another person after me [white male] carrying a smaller package was greeted immediately and same manager present quickly offered him to set the package on the counter if it "was too heavy". Seems odd because I wasn't offered the same courtesy by the same person who also saw me Hmmm, BTW I am not white. Seemed definitely unwelcoming The counter staff at least were polite.
