  The 1.6 is too high for this store. Worst place ever. The employees are extremely rude. My packages get lost there all the time and their dictionary doesn’t include the word customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was literally grabbed by the hand and kicked out for simply asking to speak to a manager regarding my packages. (I was dropping over 160 packages off) their excuse was their are a federal building and I needed to get out. All of this with my kids. Manager said they didn’t care if the employee had treated me wrong, his employee was right. HIS LITERALLY WORDS

  The carrier forged my signature on certified mail (even misspelled my name) and reported it as “delivered to individual”. Delivered to who??? I never saw the person UNTIL I complained about not receiving it. I lost hope in USPS years ago when my packages were reported as “delivered” but I never received them. UPS store cost more but at least they’re reliable. I hate dealing with them at all.

  I want to file this complaint about something very serious that has caused problems and a lot of anger for me and my family, especially my 17-year-old daughter. She has suffered the contempt of a Black woman inside this post office. She refused to serve my daughter because she didn't feel like it. A very bad person. And we received many insults from that woman inside the post office. My daughter is not to blame for being born beautiful, white, and with blue eyes. Although we are not racist, since our family is Latino and mixed with Latino and Black heritage, that has nothing to do with it. But that customer service woman just stared at my daughter. She looked at her with contemptuous eyes, eyes full of malice and hatred. I would like you to take this problem into account because it is very unpleasant. Furthermore, if she doesn't want to work there, she should leave and stop serving people. Horrible woman...

  Si desea ser maltratada, humillado y tratado con total racismo, solo debe visitar este lugar y pedir que lo atienda Sandra, es imposible que alguien lo pueda llegar a maltratar más de los que esta señora puede llegar hacerlo. No solo nos dio pésimo trato a mi esposa y a mi mientras solicitábamos un pasaporte, sino que en mi presencia trató mal a cuanto cliente se refería a ella. Deben tomar medidas con ella, una persona así no debe atender a los clientes, sólo cambien su posición de trabajo o despidan a esta persona.

  I don't normally leave reviews, but this is by far one of the worst post offices I've ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The two older ladies working at the front desk were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I came in for a walk-in passport appointment because the website clearly states that walk-ins are available from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM. Instead, I was told that if I wanted a walk-in appointment, I needed to show up at 7:00 AM. When I politely pointed out that this information is nowhere on the website, their response was essentially, "Oh well, try again tomorrow." No explanation, no apology, no effort to help—just rude attitudes and poor customer service. If the actual process is different from what's posted online, then update the website instead of treating customers like they're the problem. People who interact with the public should be professional and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would avoid this location if you have any other option.
