The employees are unapologetically rude, they lack any iota of customer service and often act like they’re doing you a favor by showing up to work. The worst part of my visit was when I had to go to Walmart to get a pen to label my parcel. The staff told me they don’t offer customers courtesy pen because the customers never return the pen. “Yep, I had to run to Walmart to get a pen” This location is the worst USPS location in the USA.
