- ARAldo RiveraAug 14, 20261.0Short staffed , and the little staff that’s there are very rude. There is no point in getting a passport appointment. They will tend to you when they feel like it. Expect to wait an hour or so from appointment time.
- SASunrise Maids – AdamAug 11, 20265.0I love this post office. It’s old, charming, easy to get in and out of, and most importantly the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Bernadette is a local treasure who must be protected at all costs! She always greets with a smile and is happy to either offer helpful advice that you had no idea you needed or answer any questions. I have never been to a post office that is as inviting and familial as this one. If you need to drive a few more miles to have a better post office experience then I recommend you come to the Old Katy location. 11/10 stars every single time. Thank you 🙏
