I just cannot believe that this place can have such poor customer service. I had a piece of tape that came loose from one of my boxes. I didn’t think anything of it and asked for a piece of packing tape and was told with a straight face it was $3. I thought they were kidding, so I laughed it off. Then they asked how I wanted to pay for it. Again, I thought they were teasing me. Nope, they weren’t. I asked to speak to a manager (Trent) and he said it’s $3. The packing tape gun was literally sitting on the counter. I needed a 2” piece of tape. Unfortunately it’s like the government, you don’t have another option when you deal with UPS.

I just left this location to drop off some packages, and I was greeted by Brianna!! She was so nice and had great customer service! She made my transaction so simple and I was in and out! She’s definitely a gem! ☺️

WORST STORE EVER, THE WAITING TIME IS CRAZY. They don’t care at all about their customers. They see the long lines and don’t care.

The employees here are scammers. I just got off the Amazon customer service line, and per their instructions, UPS can strap packing tape if needed. They charged me $5 for a single strap and laughed as I was stepping out. It shows their customer care and professionalism.

This is my local UPS and the staff is always great. Recently Darcie helped me clear up a return issue that was my fault. She was patient and got me the best result. The young people working today, 8/15/2026, were also great
