Today, when I arriving, I made a tiny cut in my finger and started to bleed, which I didn't notice until inside the business. A male attendant immediately asked if I was Ok, and with a smile went to the storage room a returned with a band-aid, which suit the purpose perfectly. I have always been professionally served, but this went above and beyond the expectations. This type of customer service ceased to exist some 30 years ago and is a rarity. I used to teach customer service and I know it for a fact. I am still positively surprised. They set up an example of fantastic customer service and, at the same time, protected the health of everybody inside. Kudos!
