- AAAsanwa ASep 9, 20261.0This store lacks simple customer service etiquette. They do not pick up the phone (it is kept on silence), their excuse is because they are so busy. They claim that they tell customers to email them with concerns yet they did not reply my email even when I sent an email to the store. The general manager (Addy Chaudry) is the most incompetent human I have ever seen. He is not willing to resolve issues that arise with shipments. Please take your business and money somewhere else.
