  I visit this location regularly and have consistently had a positive experience. The service is professional, efficient, and usually very quick. Although it is a smaller location, the staff manages the business efficiently and takes care of customers in a timely manner. Overall, I appreciate the great service and convenience.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I went to UPS simply to have a document notarized. Instead of helping or understanding the situation, they incorrectly told me they couldn’t notarize it because it was a Florida document. That’s simply not true. A Texas notary can notarize documents intended for another state by using the proper acknowledgment. Rather than offering a solution or even looking into it, they just turned me away. If you’re looking for knowledgeable notary services, I’d recommend going somewhere else. This wasted my time and caused an unnecessary delay on an important legal document.
