  I had a great experience here on June 24 while sending important USCIS documents for my family. The gentleman who helped me was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful recommendations regarding the shipment. After I left, I realized that I had forgotten to sign several pages. I returned to the store, and even though the package was already prepared for shipment, he kindly reopened the envelope so I could correct the mistake. He explained that if I had come back later, it might not have been possible because the documents would have already been sent out. I truly appreciate his willingness to help and his understanding during a stressful situation. His assistance gave me peace of mind knowing that my important documents were sent correctly. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

  Reposting because my previous review was removed. I visited this location to print documents and had a disappointing experience. There were two employees working when I arrived. One employee was assisting another customer while the other sat in the back on his phone. After waiting approximately 10–15 minutes, I asked if he could get the other employee to help me. The employee came out still on his phone and began assisting me. During the printing process, the first machine failed to print all of my pages. The employees then moved the job to another machine, where the documents printed out of order and in multiple stacks. I had to go through everything myself to make sure I had every page of my documents. What should have been a simple print job ended up taking nearly an hour. After all of the delays and issues, I asked whether a discount could be applied because of the amount of time spent resolving the printing problems. I was told a discount would be given, but when I reviewed my receipt, no discount had been applied. The pricing was also significantly higher than other mailing and shipping companies I have used, which made the overall experience even more disappointing given the delays and service issues. Added in response to the owner’s reply: This review is for the correct PostNet ParkWest location. I have attached a copy of my receipt confirming my visit to this location and stand by my review. The owner stated that my experience does not match their records or staffing; however, I distinctly remember two employees working that day—one appeared to be an African man (or spoke with an African accent), and the other was a younger light-skinned man. These are the employees who assisted me during my visit. This review reflects my actual experience as a paying customer.

  I had a great experience at PostNet in Katy. The staff was very professional, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. My business cards came out excellent quality and were completed quickly. Customer service was outstanding, and they made everything easy from start to finish. I definitely recommend them for printing and business needs.
