  As a Manhattan real estate broker, my team needed high-end, soft-touch gatefold brochures for a luxury Central Park listing with a very demanding client. Even though we're based in New York City, a trusted colleague referred me to Suha and Yasmine at PostNet Cinco Ranch. They exceeded my expectations with their communication, guidance, attention to detail, and overall quality. I also loved supporting a family-run business.   I had a great experience at PostNet Katy.. The staff was friendly, professional & very helpful throughout the entire process.   I was disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, there were two employees present. One employee was assisting another customer, while the other was sitting in the back on his phone. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to ask if the other employee could assist me. Once he began helping me, the printing machine broke down. He then used a different machine, but the papers came out inconsistently and were not printed uniformly. The entire process took nearly an hour. I was also told I would receive a discount because of the inconvenience, but when I received my receipt, no discount had been applied. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the long wait, equipment issues, and lack of follow-through on the promised discount.
