  I absolutely love working with the team at FMTIC! Everyone is always so helpful and supportive on transactions and business development! I hosted a first time home buyers workshop and Krista and her team were amazing! They also have years of experience and can make sure each transaction is handled with professionalism and care! Also if you are an agent looking for marketing and advertising assistance they have a free program and software available to real estate agents to help! 10/10 Highly recommended

  I would give zero stars because of the ordeal Kimberly Shearer put us through she didn't care about our closing, and she left us homeless. We spent three days in a hotel, and one night we even had to sleep in our cars because she refused to handle the paperwork needed for us to get our house on the scheduled day. She wasn't even concerned about the process. If you are Hispanic, do not go to this woman she doesn't care about anyone especially not Latinos or Hispanics. It is the worst company, and she is a bad person who doesn't care about her clients. I always like to give good reviews but this time I have to let everyone how this people work with Hispanic people or Latinos.

  This was the worst pre-closing experience we’ve ever had; the woman named Kimberly Shearer failed to handle the paperwork needed to get us into our house on the scheduled day. We had to spend the weekend in a hotel I was homeless with my family because she refused to complete the necessary steps. If you want your time disrespected and your home delivery delayed, then go ahead and hire this woman. I give zero stars to her and this company they are completely useless. We had to pay for a hotel for three days because she didn't do her job properly, even though we had paid and followed the process correctly. I do not recommend hiring Kimberly Shearer; she is the worst. She don’t care about our case she wasn’t sorry about it she was so calm about what happened she’s a bad person.

  Christy has been my "go-to" person for all things title for myself and my brokerage for almost a decade. She not only has the answers to the toughest questions, but she is ALWAYS available any time we need her and has even been available for tough situations I had after hours that literally saved the deal. She actually just recently saved a deal for us again 😀 I cannot speak highly enough about Christy and First American Title! I have worked with every title company over the last 30 years and First American is our preferred title company for a reason, and if we can, we make sure every transaction is in their capable hands!

  We had a great experience with Kimberly and the entire First American Title team. Kimberly was very thorough, followed up every step of the way, and took the time to answer and clarify all of our questions. She was always professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. The office staff was also incredibly polite and welcoming, and the platform they use was very user-friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We would definitely work with Kimberly and this office again. Highly recommend!
