  If I could give Kimberly and her team at First American Title more than five stars, I absolutely would! Hands down, this has been the BEST experience I have ever had with a title company. From the very beginning, Kimberly and her entire team were absolutely amazing. The communication alone was unlike anything I have experienced before. I never once had to call or email asking for an update because they were already keeping me and my client updated every step of the way. I received updates throughout the entire process letting me know where things stood, what had been completed, and what we were waiting on. Even on closing day, they continued to communicate with me all the way through funding. I literally never had to wonder what was going on, which is HUGE! But beyond the communication, the service was just top-notch. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure the entire transaction went as smoothly as possible. I cannot say enough great things about Kimberly and her team and will absolutely be looking forward to working with them again!

  I absolutely love working with the team at FMTIC! Everyone is always so helpful and supportive on transactions and business development! I hosted a first time home buyers workshop and Krista and her team were amazing! They also have years of experience and can make sure each transaction is handled with professionalism and care! Also if you are an agent looking for marketing and advertising assistance they have a free program and software available to real estate agents to help! 10/10 Highly recommended

  This was the worst pre-closing experience we’ve ever had; the woman named Kimberly Shearer failed to handle the paperwork needed to get us into our house on the scheduled day. We had to spend the weekend in a hotel I was homeless with my family because she refused to complete the necessary steps. If you want your time disrespected and your home delivery delayed, then go ahead and hire this woman. I give zero stars to her and this company they are completely useless. We had to pay for a hotel for three days because she didn't do her job properly, even though we had paid and followed the process correctly. I do not recommend hiring Kimberly Shearer; she is the worst. She don’t care about our case she wasn’t sorry about it she was so calm about what happened she’s a bad person.
