Daniel was about to go on lunch and saw me waiting. I offered to go to another location since I felt bad he was about to take his much needed break. He was kind enough to help me. I didn’t have our corporate account number and he waited until I obtained it from my team. In the meantime, he helped other customers as well! He was patient, kind and went above and beyond to help me. This really made my day as it’s not often people will do this. Praises to him for begging selfless and caring! Thank you so much Daniel! Truly!!

Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location inside Walmart. I arrived around 4:45–4:50 PM and they were already closed, even though the posted closing time is 5:00 PM. This is extremely inconvenient and a waste of customers’ time. Many people work until 5 or 6 PM and can only take care of shipping, returns, and drop-offs afterward. A FedEx location like this should have more practical evening hours—ideally until 8 PM—or at the very least remain open until the actual posted closing time. I specifically made the trip expecting the location to be open, only to find it closed early. Very frustrating experience and definitely needs improvement.

Open at 10am but closes randomly in the middleof the day. Very frustrating and wastes people's time. Go somewhere else to ship. This has happened 4 times now. Complete BS.
