Final received assistance when a young lady named Sharlene walked in. Found out this polite helpful individual didn't even work at this location she works at cinco ranch . Imagine that. Besides her poor customer care, long wait times. Lots of sad faces. FedEx please do better this is unacceptable

- QQQueenJul 31, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Gabriel. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude toward customers was unprofessional, and she appeared to have little interest in providing assistance. She needs significant reorientation and training in customer service. Employees should treat customers with respect, patience, and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Very poor service. If you need assistance, I would recommend avoiding Gabriel and seeking help from another employee.
