  I had a frustrating experience at another shipping store earlier that day, so I decided to stop by the DHL location at Katy Mills instead. I'm really glad I did. Liv helped me ship some important documents overseas, and she made the whole process incredibly easy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and at the same time very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered my questions clearly, knew exactly what she was doing, and handled everything quickly and smoothly. What I appreciated most was her attitude. She was warm, approachable, and made what had been a stressful day feel a whole lot better. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Liv is one of those people. Thank you, Liv, for your outstanding service and for turning my day around. DHL is lucky to have you on their team. Highly recommend this location if you need to ship anything internationally. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had to absolutely send out a package to Panama today. Despite the power being out at one location, Deriyus came into another local location and made it happen. Deriyus was a lifesaver. Thanks
