Had a letter to be sent for 3 days and the ignorant carrier can't figure it out. Not even worthy of 1 star rating but didn't have a choice.

I order on Sunday, and I don't see it till Friday. Multiple times my packages have been held at this Justin facility for multiple days. Slowest response time I've ever seen.
