- AAArielle K. AllenSep 3, 20265.0Sherry is an ABSOLUTE GEM! Please give her a raise and hold on for dear life. This is the ONLY USPS location I will ever use. The customer service from her was unbelievable. I had visited the Balcones USPS and was treated terribly, let the postmaster know, who made excuses for inexcusable behavior by the staff there. Thankfully, Sherry completely turned around that awful experience. She was so kind and welcoming. What a breath of fresh air! More Sherrys in this world would make it a better place.
