- SKShy KenebrewMay 29, 20261.0They keep returning my driver’s license back to sender for some unknown reason. I have to wait 2-3 weeks again for my new license. They didn’t leave a reason why it was returned. The DPS verified that it was the correct address.
- FMFaith MarieMay 21, 20242.0We are out of state and I had my mother go to our house to retrieve our mail. We left the house Friday and she went to retrieve our mail the following Tuesday only to find a new resident slip in our mailbox and our mail all had been sent back to where it came from. We never contacted the post office to do this, there is no new resident, we own the home. The mail also hadn’t piled up to justify this because it had only been one business day since we left. Now we have to contact all the places our mail was sent back to and have it redelivered including a check that we needed for some of our bills that will now be paid late. I then tried to contact the post office multiple times over 20 minutes and no one answered. The only reason I got any answers was because my mother physical went to the post office to hand them the phone with me on the speaker.

However, the community COULD benefit from a second zip code as well as an additional post office. Jasper (town) and its unincorporated 30 square mile area is home to (in my belief) 10,000 to 13,000 residents
