- DPDalia PazAug 24, 20261.0At this office, they filled out the item declaration form for my shipment incorrectly, resulting in a customs charge I had to pay. They didn't resolve the issue, even though I have proof that the person who filled out the form listed an excessively high value without my consent. I asked for an email address to submit the evidence, but they gave me one that doesn't exist; honestly, it feels like a rip-off. On top of that, I paid for express service, but it didn't arrive on time—it took nearly a month—and there is no way to get them to take responsibility for these service failures. I am disappointed with this office in Irving, Texas, and with the postal service.

I arrived at 5:00 PM to mail several Certified Mail letters. These are paid services, not free, and I was simply trying to complete a transaction before closing. However, the employees refused to assist me because there were only 15 minutes left before closing, even though there were still other customers being served. This was extremely disrespectful and very disappointing. I don't understand how this type of treatment is acceptable at a post office that is supposed to provide service to the community. The employee who refused to help me was named Gita. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this with her. She frequently says "no" and appears unwilling to do her job. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
