George was the person helping, he was rude I asked him to retake my picture and he said he’s worked here for 20 years he knows what he is doing I asked him if we could take it with a flash because I got it taken with a flash last time he said no I was too white. Going back and forth about why I didn’t like my picture, he was rude about something that I didn’t fill out correctly saying he can’t spend this much time on one person that they had multiple people. I already waited way past my appt time, if you can get an appointment elsewhere I would

I took a day off from work and brought my 1-year-old and 3-year-old babies with me for a scheduled 10:45 AM passport appointment today. When we arrived, they told me the passport clerk was not there today or tomorrow.They did not bother to email or call me to cancel ahead of time. When I asked why I wasn't notified, the staff just said, "We don't know," and offered no help, no supervisor, and no solution. Complete lack of accountability for government employees paid by our taxes. They have zero respect for people's time, jobs, or the difficulty of traveling with toddlers. Avoid this location at all costs

- DYDwain YoungJul 17, 20265.0Go early, to the one on Storey at Walnut Hill! The pleasant young lady behind the counter took care of a complicated request with courtesy and grace, in a few minutes. She gets a 5 of 5 perfect score!! Do NOT choose the one on Irving Boulevard. Postal staff quite distracted and bewildered at that particular location. Irving Boulevard site gets a 0 out of 5 for wasting my time and tax dollars. Pull up on that poor customer service, y'all certainly letting Uncle Sam down.
