I'm still dealing with a lost package from last black Friday and now another package that says delivered that I didn't receive. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm getting fed up and will escalate this. It seems like they need a change in management if they can't get it together.

If my Carrier is off the sub (making that same great money) should be trained! This is how identity thief starts. Next time I will report to a higher authority!
