- SASophia Arias4 days ago1.0Absolutely disgusting behavior from your Asian employee towards other customers. This is not the first time I have seen her act incredibly rude and insulting towards customers. She specifically picks on people who cannot speak English well. I do not understand why she has a customer-facing job if she does not have the patience nor maturity to act cordially towards the public. The absolute anger and disgust she exudes while speaking to immigrants is appalling. I witnessed her unacceptable behavior today 3 times in a row towards Indian clients and a few weeks ago to an elderly Hispanic man. My heart broke for them. I only wish I had spoken up in person. She should not be working there. What an awful image for the USPS. Very disheartening.

- AUAnonymous User6 days ago1.0Claimed they had delivered my package and the woman kept insisting that the delivery driver who delivered my package had for sure delivered it and was very trustworthy and that I was the one who lost it and they did not have it and also blamed me for not having insurance then somehow they found and delivered my package an hour later?
- ATAnand TMay 13, 20261.0Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a USPS. I was trying to open a PO Box. The lady who serviced me showed no patience, assumed I knew everything, showed no respect at all. She mumbled everything and when asked to repeat what she said, she would visibly show her frustration and then continued without clarifying. After 20minutes of this process, she finally says she can’t find the keys to a PO Box, scratches out my application and tells me to come back another day. I find it highly disturbing that such an employee could work at a USPS. Fair to say I will never be coming back.

The Asian lady at the passport area was especially rude and very unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will never go there again.
