  I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of one of your employees (Asian) toward customers. I witnessed her being rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, particularly toward individuals who have limited English proficiency. Even with me , she showed unnecessarily hostile and impatient manner. Her tone and demeanor appeared intimidating and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable experience for customers who were simply seeking assistance. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and dignity regardless of their language skills or background. This type of conduct reflects poorly on USPS and should be addressed appropriately

  Very Rude response - My 40 lbs package came from California and its keep transitioning from Fort worth to Irving and to Fort worth. I was so exhausted with the tracking and following up for 20 days with multiple customer care calls and follow-ps which is worth of $1000. I have raised a enquiry and went to Irving USPS to check as suggested by customer care agent meanwhile if the package is at Irving USPS. I went and stood in the line for sometime and went to the lady "Hyen" who is Asian treats people like animals and doesnt respect or smile. she responded very rudely even though i was talking very calm and smiling. I got angry but controlled and was talking very normally. She doesn't even understand what is my problem is and no proper communication skills and rude behavior towards customer. I have Observed other customer was struggling for tape and got it from some other customer but that lady in the counter was like where did you put this tape "very rude".I dont understand why thid kind of behaviour towards customer. I am worried for my package but this people take it for granted. I am highlighting this lady "Hyen" behavior is very very very very rude.

  Super long line after 4pm and you will see staff are in slow motion when they serve customers. So disrespectful of them to make people wait in long line and doesn’t seem to bother them. What a shame.

  Diane is great. She is helpful every time. The supervisor NEVER answers the phone. I have been trying to get my mailbox rekeyed for a while. They wait until the requests fill up before they’ll start rekeying anyone listed on the register. I have called and called and not even sure a supervisor is ever present or what they look like. Now I have to have the mail picked up from the post office with no promise of when the rekeying will happen even though I’ve paid for it already.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Huyen at this USPS location. I was expecting an important immigration document, and after calling USPS, I was specifically told that my mail was being held at this post office and that I could come pick it up. When I went to the counter, Huyen was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even take the time to check whether the mail was actually there. She simply told me it wasn’t available and offered no assistance. Because I wasn’t convinced, I went back later, and a different employee Diane actually took the time to look. Within minutes, they found my mail exactly where USPS had said it would be. This experience was incredibly frustrating and could have resulted in my important document being returned unnecessarily. A simple effort to check would have resolved the issue the first time. I appreciate the other employee who was willing to help, but Huyen’s lack of professionalism, unwillingness to assist, and dismissive attitude made what was already a stressful situation much worse. I hope USPS addresses this so that customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve.
