- MVMaura Velasquez1 day ago1.0This Store all the time is closed. They close way too early on weekends, which are the only days those of us who work Monday through Friday have time to go. They should close at 5 PM or 6 PM, like Whole Foods or other stores. I’m never going back to this location.

Even with a UPS account to pick up a package, they requested my ID, which was not listed in the instructions on the app. The front desk staff are very rude and have no customer service skills. Chris Jacobs, the owner, was condescending, nasty, and entitled. She started shaking her head before she even heard me out and interrupted me while I was speaking. As a Black woman, this was my experience, and I did not feel welcomed or respected. Black people, stop patronizing places where you’re not welcomed. I can spend my money anywhere in the United States. I do not have to come to this UPS Store. There are multiple UPS Stores down the block. Do not shop here. Do not give them your money. Start putting your money into Black-owned spaces and businesses where you are celebrated, not tolerated.

Despite extra tracking being purchased not once, but twice there were tracking errors, and administrative errors both attempts. After reading further reviews it seems that shipping and package accountability and tracking has been a clear issue..
