  I had so much to take care of and this UPS team showed me such great hospitality when I needed it most. They helped me package everything with care, double checked all my labels, and went all-hands-on deck to help get my stuff out the door in time. I’m grateful for their hospitality and generosity!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Every Time! I consistently have a great experience at The UPS Store! I would especially like to recognize Ms. G., Sam, and Alex for the outstanding service they provide. They are always professional, courteous, friendly, and welcoming—not only to me, but to every customer who walks through the door. What stands out most is the level of care and attention they give to their customers. Whether assisting with shipping, printing, packaging, copying, or the array of other services offered, they are knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to help. It is refreshing to receive such consistent, high-quality customer service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and commitment to helping customers make every visit a pleasant experience. This team is a wonderful representation of The UPS Store and deserves recognition for continually providing outstanding service with courtesy and a smile. Five stars!

  Sam and Ms G took care of me very quickly! Twice in one day and they went above and beyond to make sure it was quick and painless. 100% will be coming back for all my print needs!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. The employee I dealt with was rude and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. I provided my barcode for the label to be printed, something I have done at UPS before, but I was told I would be charged for it. She also refused to tape my box, and ultimately declined to provide the service . What was most disappointing was her attitude and lack of willingness to help resolve the situation. I told her that I would leave a review and report the experience to corporate, and she appeared not to care. I understand that policies and fees may apply in certain situations, but customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses the customer service issue.

  I’ve been going to this UPS Store for years, and the ladies who work there are always so friendly, helpful, and kind! I use them for everything from Amazon drop-offs and shipping to printing, and they always make things easy. Even when I forget to print a label, they’re happy to print it for a small fee—which is well worth it these days compared to driving home and back! I truly appreciate their great customer service and always feel welcomed. Highly recommend!
