- DCD CamSep 21, 20261.0Poor customer service. The drivers lie about attempted deliveries and drive off without contacting the customer. I have been waiting on packages for 2 weeks.
- JAJefferson AlvarezSep 20, 20261.0Terrible service; completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I have always had bad experiences with FedEx. In the past, they have left my packages at the wrong addresses, but today was the last straw. I was expecting a phone delivery, and when it arrived, the box was open and tampered with—and the phone was missing. They exercise no control or care over the packages they handle. They are extremely irresponsible. Without a doubt, the worst shipping service for high-value items. I do not recommend them at all! 😡
- BMB MorrisAug 31, 20265.0The employees there were very nice and helpful. We were able to get our item shipped out.
- ABA BecerraAug 25, 20262.0Of all the fedex places I have to visit for work around Dallas and Fort Worth. This place has the slowest service. It can be busy, and only one attendant. Despite having four checkout booths.
- AKabrar khanAug 10, 20261.0This place charges for tape!! Disgusting This place is horrible, even after you pack everything, they make you pack again in their box, by making you feel responsible incase if the item gets damaged or stolen, and they charge you for that too. Worst customer service.
