  This place charges for tape!! Disgusting This place is horrible, even after you pack everything, they make you pack again in their box, by making you feel responsible incase if the item gets damaged or stolen, and they charge you for that too. Worst customer service.

  They have the worse delivery service drivers. They don’t ring the doorbell and only knock once. They try to give hard time to their customers. Very bad service. Don’t trust this location to handle your pack delivery.

  FedEx is a farce and irresponsible about anything you have to do with them and every time you ask a question is we're not allowed we're not allowed but that's why we have computers today if something is not done right or something is missing that's how you have computers if the package is still on the truck and they haven't returned yet that message should be resent to that office so that it can be redelivered the next day not having to do everything all over again I am so upset with the way they do business

  I arrived 07/17/26 around 1:35 with 4 shipments - total of 7 small-medium boxes. I was the only customer. I was told immediately that they could NOT ship anything with lithium batteries. I said we ship multiple times a week from ship centers through the US and have never had a problem with our slow ground shipments. The bald gentleman then told me that they don’t ship ground (from a ship center??) and I would have to go somewhere else or schedule a pick up. I told him I had a plane in 90 minutes. He shrugged and told me to call customer service. I called my boss who said we’ve never had any issues with shipping and that our brackets were being shipped back with no batteries. Ultimately I had to cover the lithium symbol on the two reused boxes. Then the bald gentleman whispered to the other worker and announced he was going to lunch. The other gentleman helped me out and when I asked the cheapest price on one shipment he gave me the ground pricing. I wanted to scream but after 45 mins and needing to get on a plane, I bit my tongue. This was a ridiculous experience.

  Very unexperienced workers. I ship the same items for work every single week and it takes me 5, 10 min tops. They made me do extra work, call, wrote note on the package and took them 35 min to process my one single transaction. Don’t recommend this place if you don’t have prepared shipping label. Fedex sucks in the past 4 years.
