I said I had received an email that said I already picked up the item which was not the case so I had come to clarify because previous day another another rude staff had informed it was scheduled arrive the previous evening. She said “we have been open for 13 mins”. If you are getting disturbed by early customers, I suggest you pen at your convenient time when you are not getting disturbed by customers. I never really liked FedEx for its no timely tracking system, but I am pretty sure I am not gonna use FedEx ever for shipping.
