- SASavio AMay 9, 20261.0Very pleasant passive aggressive experience. Lori had a tough time with empathy and could not figure out how to enter a phone number but the tone made me feel responsible. Quoted a crazy price to ship to Nicaragua. Went to eagle postal express 10 mins away and saved $85 via FedEx again. Lack of training or lack of empathy dont know what the issue was.

During this visit, I experienced poor customer service that was not only dismissive but also unhelpful from an employee named Clarissa. I was informed that my package could not be shipped, despite having successfully shipped similar packages from this location on multiple occasions. Additionally, I was quoted a price exceeding $80 for a shipment that has historically cost no more than $30. Due to this inconsistency, I had to leave and drive to another FedEx location, which resulted in me being over an hour late to my next commitment. This is not my first challenging interaction with Clarissa. I have consistently approached each visit with professionalism and respect; however, I have experienced a recurring lack of courtesy and helpfulness in return. The inconsistency in service at the location on Las Colinas particularly during interactions with Clarissa has made it difficult to rely on this store for my business needs. I hope that by leaving this review, management can further review this situation, including both the customer service approach and the inconsistency in shipping guidance and pricing. As a frequent customer, I value reliability, professionalism, and clear communication, which does not seem to happen with Clarissa.
