- TZTi ZhaoAug 27, 20261.0The staff named Lori is super rude and unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with her on August 27 2026 around 6.15pm. When I requested that I needed to double check my posting information, She even mumbled: "Jesus Christ!" For one of my international shippings, she entered the local contact number incorrectly. When I questioned about it, she insisted that the local courier should recognised the correct number, but how?! She then just ignored my further explanation. She didn't circle the tracking numbers for me. When I requested them, she just hovered her fingers on my receipt impatiently: "here and there". I’m genuinely worried if my shippings will be accurately delivered due to her handling. I will definitely avoid Lori’s service by all means in the future, far from the FedEx service standard. It’s purely disappointing and humiliating!

This item was in the exact same condition that it was when FedEx shipped it to my house. They refused to accept it then proceeded to make up completely illogical reasons for why. While trying to figure out how I could ship it, the manager even said "we do usually ship rugs like this." But for incomprehensible reasons still refused to accept it. It was a bizarre, frustrating, insulting, and unnecessary experience.
