- KHKenneth HowardMay 5, 20261.0Awful been getting mail from eBay for over a year now no problem. Now all the sudden after iv paid for the product and shipping they are trying to charge me $7.00 per item stating that cause it's in a envelope and not bendable I have to pay to get it. With no proof of paperwork stating that problem was not helpful at all on how to resolve the issue the clerk stayed on the phone while I was trying to get answers and insisted on telling me shes not arguing with me as I was not trying to argue just wanted answers. I have friends that get the same envelopes from eBay with no problem getting them from the post office. Just wondering what to do next.
