- DBDL BradfordMay 28, 20265.0Prices in there have gone up. Sending a small package of vitamin to a friend cost $10 for regular. Surprised me...but they should charge what it costs and run the PO like a real business.
- SRscott reaganMay 13, 20261.0I don't go here very often. But I went on Wednesday I think the 13th of May and I had to return a shirt which was wrapped for shipping. I also had a label that the company sent me to print on the printer from my email. I just needed to tape the return receipt onto the package and go. And they wanted to charge me for tape 🤷. They said well you can use Scotch tape because it's free. But any of our other tape cost money. And they kind of had a poor attitude. Shut off me to be rude but very unprofessional place. I'm 50 years old and never had a post office try to charge me for like a 3-in piece of tape 🤷

We had yellow slips in our mailbox and went to the counter to get our packages and they told us someone picked it up already because they don’t have it, we knew nobody came to pick them up because we still had the yellow slips. After a little bit they found them and got mad at us saying there was a key that was in our mailbox but there wasn’t we got yellow slips it was clearly a mistake on their end but they got all mad at us. This isn’t the first time they’ve got pressed about something they screwed up as i previously said we’ve been coming here for years. You get paid to give us our package if u can’t do it without being rude then u shouldn’t be working there. Another thing is their ridiculous hours they open later and close earlier than other post offices which makes it hard for working people they have an hour lunch they have plenty off time to calm down and come to the counter with a better attitude.
