- JFJosh FSep 9, 20261.0Easily one of the rudest post offices I’ve been to. The only one that’s ever polite is the man that works in there. The two ladies are impatient, condescending and downright rude. I know dealing with the general public isn’t always easy, but don’t take it out on everyone else. Every time I’m in there, they reach over the counter and hit the smiley face button on the survey before you even get a chance to touch the screen. They also always hit the “print” button for you; what if I want an email?? Bad business.
- EEEMJul 31, 20261.0I had a passport appointment today at the Hutchins Post Office to apply for my children's passports, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The employee working the passport counter, who was wearing glasses, was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel intimidated instead of helping me through the process. Applying for passports, especially for children, can already be stressful. I expected professionalism, patience, and courtesy, but instead I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. No customer should be treated this way. Employees working in passport services should be willing to help and treat people with respect, not make them feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I left very disappointed with the way we were treated. I hope management reviews this employee's conduct and ensures future customers receive the respectful and helpful service they deserve.
