- EEEMJul 31, 20261.0I had a passport appointment today at the Hutchins Post Office to apply for my children's passports, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The employee working the passport counter, who was wearing glasses, was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel intimidated instead of helping me through the process. Applying for passports, especially for children, can already be stressful. I expected professionalism, patience, and courtesy, but instead I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. No customer should be treated this way. Employees working in passport services should be willing to help and treat people with respect, not make them feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I left very disappointed with the way we were treated. I hope management reviews this employee's conduct and ensures future customers receive the respectful and helpful service they deserve.

Mine was an appointment and arrived with the filled out form, picture, and the required documents. Not even 10 minutes and everything was completed and payed for. Staff were nice. If you want to apply for a passport, I recommend going online and making an appointment and having your picture taken beforehand. It is so much easier than doing walk ins and less of a hassle.
