- EEElisaAug 17, 20262.0Very poor customer service just now. It's 2:47 p.m. on a Monday. I was just there 10 min ago and was the only customer in line. There were 3 employees, one was already helping someone. But the 2 others (the man in the middle and woman closest to the door) were having a personal conversation and made me wait while they continued. I needed stamps and didn't go to the machine because there was already a customer there. But as soon as that lady left, I went to the machine to get what I needed. But before I did another lady got in line after me. And she got attended to immediately. Why is that?!
