  I read all the reviews on Google, well not all, but a lot of them....I was hesitant at first, but thought, I have been here before in the past with no problems, so what the heck.... I got a parking spot no problem, and there was plenty!!! Lol When I entered, there was two people at the counter, both helping one customer, when the man saw me, he let the girl finish up with the customer they were both tending to, so he could help me. The man was named Bryan. He was very polite and very helpful. I was there to return a broken bottle of bodywash to Amazon, I didn't have a box or label, but, I did have an email from Amazon. The email said no box, no label...Bryan scanned the QR code inside the email and said that's all I need, he said you're good to go, printed my receipt and I was out in less than 3 minutes!!! Usually I just go through the drive thru, but I was curious about all the terrible reviews. 🤔 Bryan told me this store is under new owners/management and that the workers I mentioned no longer worked there!! Lol 😆 Which didn't surprise me at all, as this store has a 3.2 star rating, I sure hope everyone will give them a second chance, because Bryan and the other worker there, they were very kind and very pleasant!!! 😀 I was glad to hear things had changed from before under the old management/owner(s)!! The reviews are terrible. 🙄 Bryan said his parents actually are the new owners now!!! I wish them well and I hope this business can make them a great profit moving forward!!! I pray everyone will give them another chance, and see how well they treat their customers. I was very pleased with Bryan and how he represented UPS and his parents store. He packaged my item and labeled it while I was standing there, waiting for my receipt to print, he gave me my receipt and I was out the door, so quickly!!! Great customer service!!! Thanks Bryan!!!

  Poor customer service , they charge for printing a label even I have bought a label from UPS .

  I’ve been to many other UPS store locations, and always a great experience. The employees at this particular Hurst location are consistently rude and act very “put out” with every little thing.. ridiculous

  Can't seem to deliver to an address they've delivered to a hundred times. Every time I have a package incoming they can't deliver because there's "incomplete address information." No there isn't. The address is complete and correct in the system you made me sign up for and on the shippers end.

  Rude woman working, so much so that I will gladly drive to the Pipeline store instead!
