    The rep went out of her way to come out of the register to assist me with my return as I was confused as to why I needed a box for something already in a box. She found the most affordable way for me to go and I truly appreciated this personal service! Thank you for being especially kind and patient!

    Went into send two packages had to continually correct addresses and information with the young lady. Jennifer, and then after telling her, we did not need to send it rush. Delivery found out she sent it rush. Delivery and charged us the most expensive delivery charges, which was more than double. What we paid for the items shipped. Not happy at all with this store that we use frequently. But we won't be using it anymore

    This has always been my go to location. They had nice people, good services, quick lines. Suddenly if you have a prepaid label, you can't drop your package off at the counter, you have to place it in an open bin out on the floor. I tried to get the girl to take it, but instead she walked me through scanning it myself and leaving it in the unprotected bin. I could have figured it out myself, my issue was I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there. She told me not to worry, she would be in the store the whole time. If someone wants to take off with my package, not a lot she's going to do about it, especially if she's busy. Same for Amazon returns, you put them in a bin and hope every single person who comes in is honest. Not to mention they took the computer away that was available for printing off documents. Now if you want something printed, you have to give them your thumb drive or email it to them. I'll find another location to go to from now on.
