- KHKyni HartwellApr 15, 20264.0Been to this location a few times now to drop off Amazon returns. They accept most Amazon returns depending on your return requirements without a box or label. However that's up to Amazon but I wanted to mention that they're very cooperative and easy to deal with at the counter. They do multiple services here so there is a little bit of a wait at times. However, each employee I've dealt with has been very friendly and once it was my turn I was greeted and promptly assisted usually in and out. Their competitor sits in the adjoining shopping center but they have become busier and more unfriendly. Kudos to the employees at this location as I haven't visited any other locations to speak on them.

THERE are lots of small businesses around that offer some kind of "Fed Ex" experience, but I needed THE ACTUAL FED EX COMPANY with everything available. THIS WAS IT! Won't ever go anywhere else. Tired of showing up to a tiny store that doesn't understand half of what I'm asking to do.
