I live in a mobile home in the middle of no where! No security codes and PLENTY of access to my front and back porch. I don't even have a fence or animals! I'm disabled and don't have a car and I don't know anyone in Huntsville that can pick up my packages for me. I even leave snacks and drinks in my outside refrigerator for the delivery drivers and ALWAYS give Christmas presents to the drivers. No problems with FedEx or UPS, only the USPS.
