  About every month or so would get mail misdelivered to me or my stuff to other homes. This week was expecting a tracked package that said arrived at mailbox. Lo and behold was not there. After a week still nothing so opened a case and called the office the excuse they made was the mail handler worked my route for over 10 years with no complaints so that's that.... Wow thanks for blaming the customer and doing nothing. Also blamed the seller for not buying postage with insurance. Perhaps they never got the complaint because it takes over 30 mins for anyone to pick up and navigating USPS website is not worth the squeeze

  Staff is straight rude they all gotta be fired lady got mad because we took a picture for proof of sending out our orders maybe if pictures arent allowed put up a sign or just dont worry about it cause no other usps has an issue with it nor did this one till that lady i guess felt offended or like a main character

  Everyone here hates there job. And will treat you as they hate their job. They need to let everyone go and replace them with people that is thankful for having a job and that wants to work. But I repeat every single person that works here don’t want to be here! So beware when you walk in because they going to treat you as such!

  The bad reviews really don’t match the service I encounter every week. Nine times out of ten if someone says the employees here have a bad attitude they brought a bad attitude to them and got what they deserved. The employees here go above and beyond and are professional every time I go here. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Every business you go to has a long line and some people have to understand the world doesn’t revolve around them. No one works there to cater to one type of people, they service ALL individuals. Remember the early bird gets the work they open at 8 a.m. Mon-Fri. Thank you to the postal workers at this office.

  I have been receiving mail for 5 previous residents and have been putting them back in outgoing with RTS on them. I accidentally put one that had another name and current resident on it. This is what I get put back in my mailbox. Is that a threat to return all of my mail back to sender because of one mistake??
