- TGTheresa GonzalesAug 6, 20261.0There was an older lady in there who obviously had issues witu her hands and couldn’t tape her package. The postal worker did not help her in any way and was very unfriendly. I get they have to deal with a lot of people but not helping a senior is unexcusable. .

The lady-I believe her name was Tracy-started rolling her eyes & doing this: 🤦🏿♀️. I had to ask her if I was frustrating her. That's how blatantly obvious she was being with her lack of patience. Furthermore, I live in downtown old Humble & our mail was being delivered by a mail car speeding through the neighborhood. I guess they were on the phone bc all I heard was loud talking/arguing & it sounded ghetto. No one in our neighborhood wants to hear that. This location post office is a big time disappointment to our area.
- LSLuisa SalazarJul 12, 20261.0Pésimo servicio podría asegurar que son racistas, me ha tocado ir en varias ocasiones y siempre es el mismo trato nada cordial, estuve esperando en fila, delante de mí solo afroamericanos y un hombre alto afroamericano estaba atendiendo, en ese momento se veía amable y educado con esas personas, pero cuando toco mi turno (soy latina) su rostro cambio rápidamente a un rostro amargado y podría decir que molesto, el otro asunto es que mi paquete tardó demasiado en llegar, el tracking number me marcaba que estaba en humble PO y después en Houston, algo incongruente, lo pasearon durante varios días y a mi casa nunca llegaba, por eso decidí ir personalmente a recogerlo, pero de igual forma no me solucionaron el problema, y si, al final llegó mi paquete, pero muchísimos días después. Esas personas no merecen el Puesto donde están, si no tienen ganas de trabajar que no trabajen!
