She has a nasty attitude and refused to assist us with a replacement money order. She wouldn't provide her name and stated her last name is HUMPREY but she works the front desk, she. is black with braces and a short pony tail. She is very rude and doesn't need to work in customer service if she doesnt understand how to provide it.

They lost important documents of mine, and now I have to pay again because of someone who doesn't do their job properly and just leaves documents wherever they feel like it. They really ought to replace the staff, since they don't do their work right—they just collect their pay and don't care about the consequences of their poor performance.

There was a postal worker seeing my and my struggles. Frustrated, I made the only decision I could, take my package and come back later. Im getting in my car when the postal worker exited the building ,approached me at a distance, and asked me if she could take my package. Great customer service.
