- RSrenee saenzApr 24, 20261.0If I could give 0 I would, this lady is the most rude and racist lady. I’m not sure if she is the owner or the manager. I took in a big box for a return and she told me the box was too big, I separated the items into two boxes, she then told me I need to get another label. I did, when back and she still would not take it and even voided the label because she said it wasn’t right. I told her not to and she said it was too late. I know she discriminated against me because of my race.

The staff here had not asked me about the information needed and went ahead and filled out that info themselves, which was later found to be inaccurate, causing my package to be held at customs and returned back to me. I lost $160 due to this, despite the delivery never being complete. The staff do not know what they are doing, and it is costing their customers money.
