  Jessica is amazing. I have been to this place a bunch of times to print stuff. Everytime I go she helps me and makes sure my projects get completed on time and perfect! I have never had better service in my life.

  Really disappointed with how Jessica, the manager at this location, handled the situation. I wasn’t just calling for information, I was a paying customer placing an actual order and spending money with this business. From the beginning, the energy towards me felt unnecessarily negative and disrespectful. I’m not sure if maybe she was having a stressful day or dealing with personal matters, as she did mention she was going to a funeral over the weekend and wanted to get my order out of the way, but that still doesn’t justify talking over customers or saying she doesn’t have to provide good customer service. I tried to remain respectful and simply address concerns with my order, but the conversation became unprofessional very quickly. When I asked to speak with someone higher, she refused and said she was the manager. Looking through other reviews, it also seems like this may not be the first negative experience customers have had with her specifically.

  Jessica was amazing, professional, kind quick did my resize handle 4 other clients by herself laminated my chore chart had me out of there quick fast in a hurry..one of a kind ty jessica I appreciate you

  Sonaia was extremely helpful.She helped me figure out how to get my documents scanned and emailed. Her attitude was very welcoming and she's extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the time she took to help me and also explain the other services that PostNet provides. Thank you sooooo very much. I will definitely return to this location!!
