  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had in Humble. I walked into the store and was completely ignored. Not "we're busy and will be with you shortly" ignored. I mean standing there in plain sight while employees carried on conversations and acted like I wasn't even there. There was only one customer in the store, and even HE noticed how ridiculous the situation was. He twice suggested that one of the employees help me because he was still getting his things together. Instead of simply acknowledging me, one employee explained why she wasn't going to help me and then continued to ignore me. Let that sink in: the customer was more concerned about helping me than the employees were. The most embarrassing part wasn't the wait. It was watching a paying customer apologize to me for the lack of service while the staff continued acting as though my presence was an inconvenience. By the time someone finally asked what I needed, I was done. I told them I was taking my business elsewhere, and I did. I've worked in customer service. I've been in busy offices. I've managed difficult situations. There is absolutely no excuse for failing to acknowledge someone who walks through your door. A simple "We'll be right with you" requires zero effort. If being ignored is the service standard here, they're doing an excellent job.

  Jessica was amazing! She was efficient, helpful and thoughtful. I actually went somewhere else first and they were too nonchalant for my liking. I’m glad I did choose another print shop because I didn’t want to have to use extra energy and time worrying if this was going to get done correctly! Jessica came through!
