I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The employee with the red hair was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, she made the interaction uncomfortable with her attitude. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident, as the customer service at this location is consistently poor. Employees should treat people with respect and be willing to help, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope USPS takes these complaints seriously and provides better customer service training. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism

The main usps line told me to call the location directly so I called several times over the past few weeks and was having a hard time getting in contact with someone to help with my reimbursement request. One of the few times someone answered my call, I was told that wasn’t their department and they couldn’t help. A second and third time someone said they would call me back after taking my phone number and address and they never did. They all sounded busy and uninterested to help. If assistance cannot be provided over the phone, this should be explicitly mentioned in the voicemail recording.

If you go there for money orders you better call first. Twice in different days/time the person responsible for it was not present. First time I waited more than 15 minutes and left without the service provided. Second time I waited in line and again the same: the individual that is responsible for money orders will be in on about 10min. I gave up and went to another place. They are polite for sure. I suggest inform customers about the real deal. What time they are in for each service.

I handed 3 business packages directly to post office clerk. 48Hours later package is showing as "waiting to be received by usps". Unable to get anyone on the phone - seriously disturbing. Why is this ok?
