I had to wait for about 15+ minutes in line, including the extended wait time for the person in front of me. He was the only one working so I was patient. He stopped to look and retrieve their item, which completely backed up the line. When I finally reached the front desk, I handed him my sticker to retrieve an item that required a signature. He pointed to the sign, but I couldn’t see it from where I was standing. I explained that I needed to go to another blue door and wait in another line to get my package. I asked if he could simply hand the slip to the person working back there so that they could get to it so I didn’t have to wait another 15+ minutes. He raised his voice saying that he would need to stop everything he was doing, but that wasn’t the case for the person in front of me. I won’t go into the specifics there…. But it was clear to me that he offers preferential treatment depending on who is being serviced. needs. Rubin needs better training and etiquette when dealing with the public.

This is a federal postal office service, this is completely unacceptable. This is a garbage location and each service worker here should be fired.
