Rules and requirements seem to change depending on the day, and simple shipping tasks often end up being more difficult than they need to be. When asking for clarification so the same issue can be avoided in the future, it's often difficult to get a clear answer. We've all got better things to do than go back and forth over requirements that seem to change from one interaction to the next. If there are specific rules that customers are expected to follow, it would be helpful if they were clearly communicated, applied consistently, and posted somewhere for everyone to see.
