Interactions with employees at this location have been consistently disappointing. Rules and requirements seem to change depending on the day, and simple shipping tasks often end up being more difficult than they need to be. When asking for clarification so the same issue can be avoided in the future, it's often difficult to get a clear answer. We've all got better things to do than go back and forth over requirements that seem to change from one interaction to the next. If there are specific rules that customers are expected to follow, it would be helpful if they were clearly communicated, applied consistently, and posted somewhere for everyone to see.

I was waiting for my package all day; the USPS truck was right outside my apartment complex, but the driver refused to get out and drop off the package because it was raining—and then claimed I had refused delivery. Seriously, what a shitty service.

It would be helpful and professional if you were informed when shipping from out-of-state to this location that this particular location is not operable on the weekends, especially when you’re paying express shipping fees or overnight shipping. It doesn’t State or you’re not informed that this location (17119 Red Oak Dr.) only operates on Saturday from 9am to 12pm so yes if I could give it a (-0)I would!!!!!

I rarely write reviews for postal services, but Ms. Tay truly deserves five stars. She went above and beyond to help me with a complicated shipping issue, explaining everything clearly and patiently. She was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient—turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth one. The whole branch runs better because of her. Thank you, Ms. Tay! USPS is lucky to have you. Feel free to add a specific detail (like “helped me track a lost package” or “handled an international shipment with care”) to make it even more personal!
