When you call, they answer the phone like they're talking to a friend, with slang and disrespect. The worst part is they don't deliver your mail daily, sometimes its 4+ days without mail, some mail never shows up, and some mail shows up opened. Please, do better or find another job.
- GGgisellaJun 1, 20261.0They have lost 2 expensive packages twice now. I don't know why it's so difficult for them to deliver to the correct mailbox. I tried to submit insurance claim and they will continue to reject. Horrible. Don't even bother calling them, they don't and wil not answer the phone. Update: Go in person, ring the bell on the blue door, and ask for the lady in the glasses. She drove with me to my house and retrieved my package in another neighbor's mailbox herself. 5 stars for her work ethic, she seems to be cleaning up the carrier's mess.
