I have mailed cards there and they were never received. I think it could be because of someone that works there thought they could get some free cash I will never mail anything from there again.

Passport application was a mess. Asked the front lady if we have to wait in line if we have an appointment. She said no and to take a seat on the side and wait to be called. Waited till my schedule(came in a few minutes early) just for the front counter lady to tell us that the person in charge of the appointments was taking her lunch. We booked our appointment with photos included but apparently they don’t have any way to take pictures there and were going to take us to the Walgreens 5 mins away to take them. The lady suggested we go to Walgreens ourselves to get that out of the way. We come back and still have to wait. We didn’t get called till 2:50pm (out appointment was at 2). The lady was making comments about people not being ready and not having things ready for her but i guess only she can be 50 minutes late to our appointment. The only good thing about it was that after we got called the actual appointment took ten minutes.

I don’t understand who is running this place. Horrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve ever had with a USPS.

They need ZERO stars!! I don’t even know where to begin with our experience with this location other than the obvious similar issues like the rest of the reviews. I’ll just leave this here, they literally steal your mail and open your packages (if you’re lucky enough to actually receive your package) then give you the run around or just blatantly hang up on you if you call. Same for calling the customer complaint department or trying to speak to anyone who is helpful from any of the multiple numbers you call or are referred to. It flat out sucks when you have no other choice to receive mail besides a P.O. Box that a lot of companies will not deliver to. I’m not sure why after so many complaints for years things haven’t changed or even tried to be fixed. Don’t waste your time and save yourself a major headache.

I dropped off a package here on Monday. It is now Wednesday and the package still has not moved. I am very disappointed in this location.
