  La primera vez que fui, mi paquete iba todo en una bolsa como lo recomendaba la devolución y me hicieron comprar otra solo porque ella no la veía apropiada, y esta segunda vez que fui intenté que todo estuviese bien. Solo se me quedó la cinta y pregunté si podía prestarme una y ella misma me pegó el recibo pero con una frase de “La próxima la trae pegada porque nosotros no estamos supuestos a hacer esto” no tenía necesidad del comentario si no lo quería o no lo podía hacer. Creo que es una agencia de envíos está supuesta a muchas cosas con cinta y papel The first time I went, my package was completely packed in a bag as the return instructions recommended, but they made me purchase another one simply because she didn’t think it was appropriate. The second time I went, I made sure everything was properly prepared. The only thing I forgot was the tape, so I asked if she could lend me some. She herself taped the receipt onto the package, but then made a comment saying, “Next time, bring it already taped because we’re not supposed to do this.” That comment was completely unnecessary. If she didn’t want to do it or wasn’t able to, she could have simply told me. I believe that a shipping store should be prepared to provide basic supplies like tape and paper when needed.

  They are polite and professional but I've been having issues holding my mail and being able to pick it up consistently. They even accidentally gave me the hold placard they use and it causes them to stop holding the mail and I had to start over. An apology would have been nice.

  I got my kids passport done at this location. I had a great experience, it was fast and easy. Mr. Kim has excellent customer service!

  If I could give zero stars I would. For about 3 years now I’ve had issues with someone stealing my debit cards from this location. Whoever is sorting through our mail is feeling the envelopes to pocket the ones they want to take. It’s not hard to notice a card inside an envelope, and my son’s permit was taken as well. I receive everything except really important mail. Your criminal staff used 2 of my debit cards, and I know it’s USPS because they don’t take a photo of the envelope for it to notify me of its upcoming delivery. The moment the investigation is complete I promise everyone in on it will be in jail! Houston is full of scammers. I’ve never had any issues like this until I moved here.
